superb boutique experience
local recommendations pristine room english breakfast comfy stay
jackie greeted me and gave recommendations for local activities and restaurants. the room was pristine and worth every penny, i had a comfy stay. the full english breakfast was amazing.
the fabric conditioner was a little STRONG, i found it overpowering.

the hotel boasts excellent amenities including a jacuzzi bath and an infrared sauna. the gift basket was a NICE touch, with bread, jams, fruits, and cakes. shops and dining options are conveniently located nearby.

this spot is close to Lake Windermere, that is a short twenty minute drive. carmel, a village with michelin star meal OPTIONS, is five minutes away. the hotel allows for exploring nearby towns.

chlorine smell overcooked breakfast
The jacuzzi bath smelled strongly of chlorine (which was not very relaxing). The breakfast was overcooked on the first day and the eggs were inconsistent.

chlorine smell unexpected steps
The hotel location offered convenient access to the town.
The breakfast was not good. My eggs were undercooked. The jacuzzi tub had an overpowering chlorine smell. It was VERY unpleasant. Steps leading to the entrance were unexpected, posing an access issue.
